Backend Developer

Job Highlights • Building performant APIs and Web Applications • Develop and implement solutions • Lead the technical aspect of the front and back-end
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Building performant APIs and Web Applications.
  • Develop and implement solutions that are fully integrated with Information Technology standards and demonstrate standard methodologies
  • Lead the technical aspect of the front and back-end delivery for multiple projects, setting technical direction, while delivering quality results
  • Review designs and code, provide meaningful feedback, and the detail orientation to follow-up on all technical topics.
Successful Candidate: • 3+ years of continuous Backend experience. • Firm grasp of JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax. • Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming. • Experienced with RESTFul Web Services (either JSON or XML-formatted return data) • Good understanding of containers, build systems, and infrastructure automation. • Able to write well-documented, clean Javascript code. • Confident in your Git and Github skills. • Experience working with JIRA and the understanding of what a good workflow looks like • Ability to learn new languages and technologies • Excellent communication skills • The following Skills are require : Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Docker • Kafka Knowledge of NestJS would be preferable.
