Some feature or courses are available in Thailand only. You would not be able to access certain feature or courses in our Services while you are outside Thailand.
The quality of the display of our content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, bandwidth or speed of your Internet connection.
To have access to or use certain feature of the Services, you may be required to create an account. Once you register, you certify that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You must not share your account with anyone else. You will keep your passwords confidential. You are responsible for all activities done under your account, including for any damage (to us or anyone else) caused by the third party using your account.
Except as otherwise expressly authorized in these Terms, you must not share, lend, lease, sell, license or otherwise make the Services available to third parties
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
SEAC and our partners own all rights, titles and interests in any and all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and other intellectual property or other rights in the Services, as well as any work product, and any improvements, design contributions or derivative works conceived or created by SEAC in or to the Services.
You must not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms while accessing or using our Services.
Except as otherwise expressly authorized in these Terms, you must not copy, modify, adapt, edit, archive, translate, reproduce, distribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works of or based on content and information contained on or obtained from the Services.
Some Services enable you to share your content, posts you make in the forums, and the like ('User Content'), with SEAC, instructors, and/or other users. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the User Content you share.
Certain Services, such as YourNextU, certificate programs or offline/online programs, are made available for fee. Payment terms will apply to the paid services as specified on our website and/or agreement. Fee is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month periods or unwatched content.
Service-Specific Additional Terms of Paid Services
This Service does not include the meals, breaks, beverage, and parking expenses when you attend an InLine course at SEAC Space, FYI Center.
Due to limited seats available for each InLine course, enrollment will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Please see our Enrollment and Cancellation Policy for more detail.
Due to COVID 19 situation, SEAC will follow scientific, government and local advice and policies for protection at all times. Cancellations made in accordance, response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance such as the impact of test and trace, national or local regulation, the decision or requirement of tutors, students, or SEAC staff to self-isolate will be subject to different terms and conditions to those under our general terms and policies. We will endeavour to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for tutors, students and SEAC.
If SEAC needs to cancel your booking, classes or activity for any reason relating to Covid 19 we will first attempt to find a way that the remaining sessions can be completed remotely either through online or distance learning with the tutor. In some circumstances we may look at rescheduling the activity for a later date or offering alternative products to the same or higher value.

Our policy is to comply with the laws of Thailand. We prohibit use of our platform to communicate any message or material that is unlawful, libelous, harmful to minors, obscene or constitutes pornography, infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of a third party or would otherwise give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation.
You must refrain from behaving in disruptive, offensive, abusive, exploitative or degrading manner in BeeLine Community. In addition, you must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
All guidelines, use restrictions and responsibilities set forth in these Terms apply to your use of the Services and behavior on our platform. You are responsible to comply with the Terms and will be liable to us for any violations of these Terms.
You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and behavior on our platform must comply with applicable laws or regulations, e.g. computer related offense laws and electronics transaction laws.
You may not disclose, create any link to our Services, frame or mirror any content contained or accessible form our Services, use our Services for timesharing or service bureau purpose or otherwise for the benefit of a third party.
You shall not to tamper with the security of the Services, tamper with other user accounts, access data on the Service or platform not intended for you, log into a server or account that the you are not authorized to access, attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any service or platform or to breach the security or authentication measures without proper authorization, or willfully render any part of the systems unusable.
Suspension / Termination
We may, at our discretion, suspend your account or restrict your access to any portion of our Services, with or without notice, if you violates any of these Terms. If you commit a material breach or repeated breach of these Terms, we may terminate your access to our Services immediately.
n case of three consecutive no shows for any reason, we reserve right to suspend your access for 30 days.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEAC, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and agents, including their officers and employees, from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your unauthorized use of our Services or your violation of these Terms. This obligation will survive termination of your subscription.
Disclaimer and Limitation of liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SEAC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SEAC will strive to serve your needs with updated content and reserves the right to delete, replace and upgrade content.
SEAC, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CAUSE OF ACTION, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND FOR ANY CAUSE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT, IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, SHALL SEAC, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR (A) LOSS OF PROFITS, SALES OR BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR CORRUPTION OF SOFTWARE, DATA OR INFORMATION, WORK STOPPAGE OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, COVER, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN SEAC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION.
You acknowledge that use of our Services may require third party software that is subject to third party licenses, or contains the service or advertisement of the third party. You agree that we are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.
Change of Terms
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features). In case we make any change, we will notify you by posting a notice through the platform. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision of these Terms will not affect validity, legality and enforceability of any other provisions which will remain in full force and effect.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
The courts of Thailand will have an exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
