Agility has taken on a life of its own throughout many organizations, their way to conduct businesses or even our own way of living. It is, therefore, unavoidable for us all to be agile, learn and adapt ourselves continuously and quickly to meet the changing and demanding environment in order to live and work in the world nowadays. This session is designed for leaders to establish a firm understanding of complicated agility by taking a personal agility assessment, learning through their profiles the meaning of all traits supporting it and finding opportunities to leverage and development themselves to become more agile. The profile covers four areas of Agility: Results, Thinking, Interpersonal and Change. We will discuss what the ideal agility profile is, how their own profile look like and reflect where to start looking into first and develop it further towards ideal profile.
