Learning Partner Team Lead

Responsible for resolving everyday towing and roadside service challenges. Fulfill two duties: addressing the customers and helping them with the company's products and services, whilst also implementing the right processes and practices across the organization for efficiency and profitability, Sale & marketing support.
Duties & Responsibilities Lead Team Customer Experience • Ensure seamless customer end-to-end experience and journey • Ensure customer satisfaction with service and support • Handle inquiries, complaints, and concern • Build relationship or partner with customer • Ongoing customer’s feedback and insight gathering and sharing • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams and solve emerging problems Lead Project Management
• Ensure project deliver on-time and meet customer’s expectation • Manage corporate customer data, tracking and reporting • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Potential Candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field. • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service & operations position/ Project management/ HR function or related. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Good understanding of management practices and techniques. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
