Learning Experience Technology Specialist

Support the successful configuration, set up, and launch of learning experiences for cohorts using the Architect and Blanchard Exchange learning platforms. Provide CS digital learning platform data analysis and reporting.
  • Responsibilities
  1. Administer the B2B learning platform and systems
o Set up course and configure customized learning programs and paths on the platform (mainly on Architeck and Blanchard Exchange platforms) together with testing platform (firewall) with clients o Activate and enroll users to the course and assign learning cohort group on the platform o Monitor and provide Level 1 technical support for Architeck and Blanchard Exchange learning platform o Work with learning partners to provide regular learners’ progress update 2. Support Digital Learning Solutions and Experiences o Assist in the configuration of digital learning support activities such as quizzes, community o Work with Learning Experience teams to continually enhance the digital learning experience & support through all SEAC’s learning channels 3. Gather and analyze platform data o Work with learning partners to gather data from the platform and analyze learners’ learning progress then do a report to suggest upgrade to the product o Create and generate learning summary report o Summarize program survey and satisfaction rate and improvement data 4. Provide on-going CS platform training and education of internal and external stakeholders o Stay current with Digital Learning and Performance support trends, techniques, and tools. Recommend new ways of supporting learners digitally to empower their lives o Continually grow personally on core essential skills to work more effectively with others as to support SEAC’s vision and growth objectives. Successful Candidates
  • 1+ year experience in system & platform management
  • Any tech savvy is welcomed
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Proactive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to do coding and computer programming will be a plus
  • Data analyst skills will be a plus
