Marketing Team Lead

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Create activities to support sales and coordinate with all involve functions to help boots up sales leads. • Study and understand business opportunities and customer requirement to create and initiate event and campaign to support sales closes. • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns offline and online, including corporate website, social media, and digital platform (SEO, SEM, SMM). • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. • Build an enterprise data-driven, long-term digital roadmap that will positively impact the customer experience and the company’s strategic and business goals. Successful candidate: • Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, Communication Arts or Business Administration is preferred. • Experience working with B2B in service industry is preferred. • Skilled in offline and online channels, including digital marketing tool and platform (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.). • Excellent communication and negotiation ability. • Good command of English.
