  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve target and expand accounts customer base within team
  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action to achieve financial targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities, tracking new markets, and building sustainable client relationships to expanding the presence of a company and its products.
  • Planning new marketing strategies to increase product sales, create strategies for the business unit’s promotional activities and reexamine and modify strategies that are not pushing the business unit to meeting its goals.
  • Manage daily operations of team and ensure that it is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 6 years’ experience, no need to have sales experience but passion to drive and growth business with very good understanding of the extent and importance of business issues.
  • Understanding the business operations within the organization and the industry competitive environment.
  • Strong management skill and mindset.
  • Financial acumen, awareness, and knowledge.
  • Flexible and adaptive to further changes in the future.
  • Fluent in English.
